    Cognicom appoints Lawrence Hollister as Chief Growth Officer

    San Diego, CA — January 5, 2026: Cognicom, a leading provider of state-of-the-art, mission-critical technology solutions for the defense and national security community, today announced the appointment of Lawrence Hollister as Chief Growth Officer.

    In this role, Hollister will lead Cognicom’s growth strategy, business development, and partner engagement as the company continues to expand its support of U.S. and allied defense, intelligence, and national security missions.

    Hollister brings more than 20 years of experience driving growth, strategy, and commercialization across the defense and intelligence ecosystem. A former United States Marine with 21 years of service, he applies an operator’s mindset to building and scaling technologies that deliver real-world mission impact.

    Throughout his career, Hollister has served in senior leadership roles including Chief Growth Officer, Chief Business Officer, founder, and board advisor. He has led revenue expansion and market development for companies delivering advanced capabilities such as C4ISR, tactical edge compute, modular and ruggedized systems, SATCOM, MANET radios, waveforms, and space-enabled solutions. His work has supported priority initiatives across Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2), Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS), and multi-domain command and control, translating operational requirements into scalable, revenue-producing solutions.
